Sunday Celebration in-person begins Nov. 29, 2020

“In our unity of spirit, we are guided and prospered by divine love and wisdom. Inspired ideas and actions that ensure the health and well-being of all are revealed, and we trust God in moving through this challenging time with faith-filled hearts and confidence.”

After prayerful consideration, Unity on the Bay is excited to announce that we are opening our in-person Sunday Celebrations beginning this Sunday, November 29, at 9:30 AM and 11:15 AM.

We are very grateful to our Reopening Task Force which invested months of planning to ensure this event is as safe as possible. Though the experience will be quite different from what we had prior to Covid-19, we look forward to being back together again.

For your safety we are limiting attendance to 30 people per Sunday Celebration. (30 for 9:30am and 30 for 11:15am). To accomplish this, pre-registration will be required. Registration is free and will become open the Sunday preceding it. To give all of our community an opportunity to attend, we ask that you only join us for a maximum of two in-person Sundays a month. An exception to this is attending our holiday services.

To ensure the well-being of everyone, ALL attendees are required to adhere to our safety protocols, which include:

  • arriving early,

  • wearing a mask at all times,

  • adhering to social distancing (no handshaking, elbow bumping, or hugging)

  • no singing, and

  • signing a waiver to ensure we are all following the necessary protocols. The waiver is part of the registration process.

We truly care about your well-being so if you are high risk, or not feeling well in any way, we ask that you stay home and continue enjoying Sunday Celebrations online.

Through the pandemic we are grateful to have gained an increased online audience. To continue our current, improved online production quality as we return to in-person activities, we have purchased new video equipment and created a new position of Broadcast Producer. This new production capability will be implemented over the next few weeks. We understand that our future depends on continuing to offer improved virtual capabilities as well as new and innovating ways to spread the Unity message.

If you would like to give towards this exciting endeavor, please make a special donation to help provide our meditations, music, and messages to a greater number of people -- many of whom may never be able to personally attend a Sunday Celebration. To make your gift, click here.

If you have questions about our returning in-person, we invite you to visit our FAQ page that we put together by clicking the button below. If you don’t find your answer there then please reach out to us.

We love and appreciate you! We look forward to seeing you soon!
