Whether you are a new student to “the course” or have been studying it for a long time, a profound transformation awaits those who embark on the journey of A Course in Miracles (ACIM).
ACIM is a self-study program approaching life in a unique and divinely guided manner however it is very helpful to have gatherings with those who have been following it’s teachings for a long time. This is the purpose of these gatherings with Charles and Mike.
Following the teachings and lesson consistently can lead to a state of profound happiness and deep inner peace. Its principles, though often unconventional and seemingly beyond the confines of this physical realm, hold the power to heal and liberate individuals from the shackles of abandonment, victimhood, and other enduring challenges.

A Course in Miracles is a book that was “scribed” by Dr. Helen Schucman through a process of inner dictation that she identified as coming from Jesus. A clinical and research psychologist and tenured Associate Professor of Medical Psychology, she was assisted by Dr. William Thetford, her department head, who was also a tenured Professor of Medical Psychology at the Medical Center where they both worked.
What exactly, then, is A Course in Miracles? The summary from its Introduction, which appears on page one of the Text, is quite succinct and brief but describes its core teaching perfectly. It reads: “This Course can therefore be summed up very simply in this way: Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists.
