Serving Miami since 1926

Unity on the Bay has been impacting Miami in a positive way for nearly 100 years. After the hurricane of 1926, a Ohio woman named May Stoiber relocated to Miami because she saw a need to help the people recover from the devastation. Unity on the Bay was born and we haven't stopped serving the people of Miami...and beyond.

Our mission is to be an inclusive community serving as a catalyst for spiritual awakening, evolution, and action. Year after year we fulfill on our mission by providing practical spiritual teachings to the world that empower abundant and meaningful living.

Who we serve

Aside from providing spiritual teachings to help people live meaningful and abundant lives, we also believe in taking action through outreach in the community - helping the homeless, youth in distress, children and adults with disabilities and many more groups facing challenges, hardship and transition. We work closely with Chapman Partnership for the Homeless, Touching Miami with Love, and Communities in Schools to name a few.

We've grown our annual backpack drive to be the largest in South Florida. To date it's estimated we've provided 53,700 backpacks (with school supplies) to children in need with more than $615,000 in donations from our generous community and partners.
